  • 1. Parking Usage Policy:
  • Makani commits to providing paid parking areas for people with special needs at all locations.
  • Entry into Makani's parking areas is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and conditions to ensure the safety of our guests. Payment for the service provided is considered acceptance of these terms.
  • Payment for the value of the parking shall be through the application or the QR. It is not obligatory for the company to provide parking for vehicles, but the availability of parking or not is an obligation on the customer and the user of the application or QR.
  • Service fees shall be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • The company disclaims its responsibility in the event that the vehicle is damaged when towed and the transaction shall be referred to the competent authority (insurance company).
  • Clients entering the parking area must carry a ticket showing the entry time and service cost, which can be obtained from company employees, self-service machines, or the website.
  • The entry ticket and other entitlements remain our property, are not for resale or transfer, and cannot be exchanged.
  • The entry ticket must be placed in a visible location inside the car (on the dashboard on the driver's side) allowing area supervisors to view it at any time. Any violations shall be based on the data recorded on the car's license plate, and the client bears the responsibility for entering incorrect data.
  • Payment, extraction, and receipt of the ticket is not considered in any way a permit for the duration of the parking, and parking is not used except by the presence of the ticket in a clear and visible place, otherwise the car will be in violation of the terms and conditions and the company has the right to apply the table of violations contained in this agreement whenever it deems it appropriate.
  • It is strictly forbidden to leave the vehicle in the operating position without the presence or sleeping of its driver inside.

  • If tickets are purchased on behalf of other customers (e.g., group bookings), the buyer accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of each customer and ensures that everyone in the group complies with the terms and conditions.
  • The company disclaims liability for any damages beyond its control caused by external factors, persons, property or force majeure.
  • The company disclaims its responsibility to deal with any person who claims to provide exclusive services to Makani or claims to be affiliated with the company's team except after reviewing proof of his affiliation with the company.
  • The customer bears full legal responsibility in the event that the car plate is blurred or the wrong plate data is entered when booking the ticket.
  • It is forbidden to obstruct traffic or park the vehicle in places not designated for parking or parking it in parking areas for people with special needs, and the company has the right to take what it deems appropriate in this regard through its officers and employees or the specialized bodies and authorities in the country.
  • Traffic regulations are implemented at all Makani locations.
  • Makani's mission is limited to providing parking areas and disclaiming responsibility for any violations that the vehicle may be exposed to from third parties in the parking areas, where the responsibility for these violations is borne by the person who caused them, according to the regulations in force in this regard.
  • Makani does not provide third parties with any documents and digital or paper data except through the official authorities.
  • 2. Private and Designated Parking Areas Usage Policy:
  • All terms and conditions for service in public parking apply to private parking.
  • The company disclaims its legal responsibility for any damages due to or when the customer's car is delivered to one of its employees and the responsibility shall be personal to the employee.
  • Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a disclaimer of the company's legal liability against the first party or third parties, and the person who committed the incident is personally responsible for violating the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • 3. Usage Policy:
